What are you reading on Mondays? - April 27

It's been another good week -- I'm making good progress on several of my reading challenges. The Read-a-thon always seems to give me a jumpstart. Maybe it's the residual adrenaline from such focused reading.

Recent completions:

The Complete Maus by Art Spiegelman -- review here

The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith -- review here

The Problem of Pain by C. S. Lewis -- I haven't written a review yet and it may not be posted right away. There's so much I loved about this book and I want to do my best to do it justice.

The Time Machine by H. G. Wells -- review here

Reading this week:

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte -- I'm about 3/4 done with this one, so hopefully I'll finish it up this week.

Plato and a Platypus Walk into a Bar . . .: Understanding Philosophy Through Jokes by Thomas Cathcart and Daniel Klein

Up next:

I think Jane Eyre is probably one of my all-time fave's.
I liked it the first time I read it and LOVED it the second time. I got something completely different from it on the 2nd go 'round.

I have had #1 Ladies... on my bookself for over a year.
I need to read it already.

Seriously, girl, how do you fit it all in? I'm lucky if I can get through the weekly chapters for the book club!! I'm so envious and hope that one day, I'll have a weekly reading list like yours..

I loved Ted Dekker's Circle trilogy, so BoneMan's Daughter is definitely on my wish list.
Happy reading :)
